SegmentPy (Pronunciation: Segment Pie) Alpha v0.1a is a open-source graphical interface for training machine learning models to segment multiphase images. This software includes also analytic tools for research purposes.

3. Removing the MPI mechanism for the inferring, because the installation of MPI is not user-friendly and platform dependant. And sometimes generate phantom processes.
